Services
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services combine manual techniques with personalized care plans to address pain, injury recovery, and mobility limitations. We focus on restoring function through hands-on treatments rather than temporary equipment-based solutions. Patients receive education on self-care techniques to maintain progress beyond clinic visits.
Manual Therapy
Advanced manual therapy techniques target joint and soft tissue mobility issues causing pain or movement restrictions. This approach promotes faster healing while reducing dependency on medications or invasive interventions. Each session adapts to individual patient needs and comfort levels.
Wellness Classes
Small-group wellness classes improve strength, balance, and mobility through guided exercise programs. Classes like Move Better and Better Balance accommodate different fitness levels in 45-minute sessions. Focus areas include fat loss, functional movement, and injury prevention strategies.
Pelvic Floor Treatment
Specialized pelvic floor programs address urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and related conditions through non-invasive techniques. Initial assessments focus on patient education and whole-body movement analysis before progressing to individualized treatment plans. Most patients report improvements within 3-6 sessions.
Massage Therapy
Therapeutic massage complements physical therapy by reducing muscle tension and improving circulation. Sessions incorporate targeted techniques to address specific pain points or movement restrictions identified during treatment planning. Emphasis remains on achieving functional recovery goals.

I am working now with Michael Flores and am seeing so much improvement each time I go. I also get therapeutic massage from Michael Coffee and that has also helped me so much. I have been with PTC as a patient several times in the past and done some of the classes. They are the best PT in the city!

When I hurt my shoulder, I didn’t want to do physical therapy. I did and I now am so glad I did. Every therapist I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and did a wonderful job of explaining everything to me. I didn’t realize how much I needed physical therapy until they worked with me. Thank you to all that interacted with me in any way. I highly recommend this place and all the folks that work here.
