I knew as soon as I spoke to the receptionist, Athena, that this was the place for me. She was so friendly and helpful and made me feel so comfortable. I didnt want hearing aids and was so leary. Then I met Dr. Burton and loved her immediately. She was so easy to talk to and the process was so simple. The hearing aids I ended up with are amazing snd Im able to enjoy conversations I couldnt do before. I highly recommend Dr. Burton and the Heat Hear staff.

My Mom needed her hearing checked, but was somewhat reluctant to move forward due to denial of a need to proceed. Dr. Burton and her staff displayed professionalism and were very knowledgeable. It made my Mom feel very comfortable in the whole process from testing her hearing and fitting her for hearing aids to follow ups. My Mom is more engaged in conversations now that she can hear. I'm very appreciative to Dr. Burton and Hear Here Audiology for making the experience easy and enjoyable for my Mom. As a daughter managing this process, they checked all the boxes of being professional, easy to understand
