I've honed my skills working in a variety of settings, including a plastic surgeon's office providing lymphatic massage, healing center providing Swedish massage, and as a traveling massage therapist to athletes providing sports and deep tissue massage.

Sports massage incorporates deep tissue massage with stretching to relieve tight muscles and improve flexibility.

Invite over your closest friends and family to unwind with a group massage from Know Knots Mobile Massage. The massage therapist(s) will arrive 30 minutes prior to the event with the massage table(s), sheets, and oil. It is preferable to have a private room away from the sounds of the party. The therapist will leave the room while the client undresses to their comfort level.
