In todays day and age, good IT staff are worth their weight in gold. I cant be any more grateful for the fact that Brady Bertke took my call. I had been trying (unsuccessfully) to set up my 82-year-old grandmothers email on her new Lenovo laptop. Brady was kind and patient, and walked us both through the process of set up. He then went above and beyond and helped me set up her email on her iPhone also. Thank you, Brady, for being such a wonderful human being! I hope theyre paying you what youre worth!
