Camp Fido Dog Daycare

Camp Fido was created by dog lovers for dog lovers. Because of this, we want only the best for our campers. We were the first dog daycare in the Kalamazoo area, opening our doors at our Stadium Drive location in 2002. Our mission was simple: provide dogs with a stimulating, safe and rewarding experience.

Pets: A house full of Australian shepherds (anywhere between 4 and 14!) Before Camp Fido I worked at the United Kennel Club. I currently work as a trainer at TipTopTails as well. Pet Background: Participating in dog competitions since I could walk - with all the training fun! Before Camp Fido I worked as a Research Associate in STEM education at the University of Oklahoma.

Camp Fido dog wranglers work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Successful wranglers are hard working individuals who are aware of their surroundings at all times. They are able to build trusting relationships with our campers while providing strong supervision and leadership in a manner that is positive, calm and decisive.

With extensive outdoor dog yards, our campers have plenty of room to roam, romp and explore. The property features mature trees, rolling hills, and interesting places for dogs to climb in, on and under. When it's time to rest and relax, we offer 3,000 square feet of climate controlled indoor space that includes elevated benches and platforms that allow campers to take a break from the action.

This 5,000 square foot facility features high-end agility floors, large indoor daycare spaces as well as multiple outdoor play yards. The Knoll predominately houses our small dogs, young puppies and senior dogs. This Camp Fido location is part of "The Knoll, " a unique, multi-use dog facility. In addition to daycare, the facility offers training classes, workshops and a puppy day school provided by TipTopTails Dog Training.
