Ian and Forward restoration did a wonderful job drying out my townhome after a flood accident. They were prompt to show up within a hour of calling, were professional, courteous , and extremely easy to deal with and helpful through the entire process from first call to billing . We are Realtors and discovered that there had been a frozen pipe that had burst at one of our listings on New Years Day! Ian and his team were there within a couple hours of the call for service and did an incredible job of mitigating the water situation and communicating to myself, the owners and the insurance company! I cannot say enough about how thorough and professional Forward Restoration is. Just on this experience if ever I need another mitigation- I will call them for sure!
