Rental Criteria

An application fee of $60 per Applicant over 18 and/or emancipated minor will be required at the time of application. The following screening criteria will be applied to all applicants as reasons to refuse an applicant:. Affordable Housing total deposit is equal to one month's rent, including security deposit.
