I would not recommend Oregon City Pediatrics. I will not be returning to this clinic with my kids, despite the convenient commute. The receptionist makes you feel as if you are an inconvenience once you walk through the door. She made no attempt at being courteous, and her abrasive, rude manner towards patients is unnecessary and unprofessional. On a positive note, the nurse who weighed and measured my son was very friendly. During my son's wellness appointment, I didn't feel the doctor was friendly or made any attempt to help him feel more at ease. Children need reassurance to feel comfortable

Our first visit today and we met a great doctor, a fantastic nurse but a rude and demeaning receptionist... The middle aged blonde receptionist was very unpleasant. At first she ignored us. Then proceeded to talk to me like I was ignorant and unimportant. Even my young daughter noted and took offense. It's sad people like that gets hired to be the face of the business... in my opinion, this great clinic deserves better.

Love Dr.Corso, Love the MAs. But will be switch my childs PCP primarily because one of the receptionist is so rude. Making it seem as though us as patience are an inconvenience to her when checking in and she spoke to me as if I had no idea what I was talking about when there was an issue with my childs insurance. (I work in a medical office, doing medical billing) and was told I must take care of this issue before my child is allowed to be seen again (Mind you the doctor wanted to see my child again in a week.) but wasnt rescheduled for the issue with child insurance... Absolutely the best. My children have been seen there since birth. They are 15 & 16. Love Pam...our go to super awesome nurse! My children love their doctor(now retired) Dr.Clarke and now Dr. U! Fantastic office staff always helpful and happy.

I call was told to go online and reg my son. Was not friendly. The website did not work. I tried multiple browsers. I finally got into the website and then it would not save the info. I call back provided the info and then they tell me that the Dr is no longer excepting patients.
