Our goal is to increase your child's ABILITIES through the use of functional and fun therapies. HTR Pediatrics remains open for Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapy--including Teletherapy Services.
For in office therapy, the lobby is closed and therapists will meet patients at the door and escort them to the therapy area. We continue to take all precautions as recommended by the CDC and WHO and remain dedicated to creating a safe environment for patients, families, therapists, and employees. We have been in business since 2005. In October of 2019, we changed our name from Home Therapy Resources to HTR Pediatric Therapy to provide both home and clinic visits. In 2020, we opened a second location in Bristow, OK to serve the surrounding rural areas. At HTR Pediatric Therapy, we provide services for children ages 0-18 with a wide range of diagnoses.

Occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants help individuals participate in every day activities. These activities span across many areas of development. Listed below are only a few examples of what our therapists can help your children with.
ADLs (activities of daily living) - ADLs are an individuals ability to dress themselves, complete hygiene and grooming tasks, participate in bathing, and use of utensils for feeding with less caregiver assist.IADLs (instrumental activities of daily living) - IADLS are an individuals ability to participate in meal prep, chores, and household tasks with less caregiver assist.

Feeding Therapy

If you answered yes to any of these questions, your child may benefit from feeding therapy with a licensed speech pathologist. Sensory processing deficits associated with diagnoses such as Sensory Processing Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our feeding therapists can help ease stressful mealtimes.
Pediatric Incontinence

Does your child experience Daytime urinary leakage, bedwetting, constipation or fecal incontinence?. Children struggling with bladder and bowel dysfunction often have self esteem issues that influence activities and social events the child can or is willing to participate in. Inevitably, the entire family is impacted by the child's incontinence issues.
Universal Exercise Unit
Report
The Universal Exercise Unit uses a belt and bungee cords to provide dynamic assistance to maintain an upright position. It can allow a child or adult to stand without a therapist's assistance while allowing freedom of movement and facilitating balance. It is useful for learning to transition between positions and to acquire the weight-shifts needed for functional movement.
