We can courier your docs. to the Division of Corporations/ Dept. of State once a day, and pick up once a day. Documents received by 3:00 p.m. daily will be dropped at the Dept. FCCS (as is ALL courier services) is allowed ONE visit a day to the DOS for submission of document(s). Drop-off must be BEFORE 3:30 daily.

Florida Capital Courier Services understands the importance of how critical, time sensitive documents are handled. Documents are processed the same *day received, if before 3 p.m., otherwise, they are process the following business day. Please keep in mind government and state holidays when sending documents for processing.

NOTE: if you do not know the exact amount that needs to be paid to the office, we ask you include a blank, signed check made out to the office your documents will be submitted for processing, and we will include the bill with the check for your records. We pay for your document process and are reimbursed by you prior to submission.
