I scheduled them to come out between 2p and 5p. They were supposed to call when they were 15 minutes to 1 hour away. At 10 minutes to 5:00p I called them. The guy I talked to told me that Ray was still about 30 minutes out. I expressed that I had spent the entire afternoon waiting and that the least Ray could have done was called me to let me know that he was running late. They certainly dont seem to be a company that values their clients time. As a matter of fact, I was told that since they didnt make the window, they wouldnt charge me if I cancelled. Seriously??

The tech that helped me was Edwardo. He was able to find the problem right away (bad hard drive - old one) and replaced it with a new solid-state one. Everything works fast now and I am very pleased. He did a great job and is a nice guy. I like this company and will definitely use them again.

100% recommend them! Dustin is our go to guy! Definitely a lifesaver for our office, any problem we have he has been able to solve and get us up back and running! No matter how big or small the issue may be he is always very nice and positive about every situation. He is great at explaining everything and reminds us he is only a call away to get his help if needed.
