When you walk through our front door, upon arrival, you are welcomed into the living room. This is where you will embark on your journey through our space of healing and self care. Once your float oasis is ready, we will take you back into our water way. As you enter our water way, you will begin your float experience as we introduce you to "The River", "The Bay", and "The Ocean", our three spacious float rooms.

Float Therapy or Restricted Environmental Stimulation Therapy (R.E.S.T), is widely known as Floatation, Floating, and is even called Sensory Deprivation. We consider the experience of floating to be sensory elevation! In 1954 neuropsychologist Dr. John C. Lilly at the National Institute of Mental Health invented the isolation tank as a research instrument.

The studio provides a safe space for any individual to come learn and grow. We believe that there are many tools to carry with us throughout life and are grateful to share them with you.
