I had an issue with a Huscavarna chain saw bought two year's earlier through Amazon by my wife. They bent over backwards to correct it under warranty with the company. I bought a spare battery from them and their price was better than the internet sites. They will get my business from now on.

Went to buy something for cutting grass. Each salesman pushed me off to a different salesman. I wasn't in thier price range. Ha. I have money. Or the money. I'm just looking for options. Instead I got ,. Hold on, let me transfer you to this guy. Then this guy. Nevermind. I'll look elsewhere. Thanks for nothing. It's too bad. This place came highly recommended. I even got a salespersons name that literally 3 of my friends used (that was the reason I went in the first place). I got pushed to 3 salesman In total. Ok. Sorry I wasted your time.

I called the sales department twice looking to spend $45k on new equipment. Salesman wasn't available, so I left a message, no one returned my call. Guess they don't need the business.
