AGE of Central Texas offers a variety of services for older adults and caregivers to help make aging a positive and triumphant journey for everyone. AGE of Central Texas is a regional nonprofit organization that provides education and support to people all along the spectrum of growing older, no matter where they are on that journey.

Our aging community in Central Texas, and those caring for older adults, span every socioeconomic background, race, ethnic group, age, and gender. Older adults represent the most diverse cohort in our country, and should have the right to age with the grace and dignity that every human life deserves, no matter the color of their skin.
What We Do

AGE's Thrive Social & Wellness Centers are designed for seniors who need help managing daily activities during the day, or who are at risk of feeling isolated and lonely. Our Centers enable older adults to socialize with peers while receiving the care they need during the day. Then they return to the comfort and familiarity of home at night with their family.

Also note that most in-person caregiver support groups and respite groups are meeting virtually. Call the contact person listed for each group regarding temporary online meeting possibilities. AGE has also created a page of resources and activities that caregivers and their care recipients can share together at home.

The AGE Thrive Social & Wellness Centers provide exceptional daytime care for older adults with physical needs or memory loss. Your loved one can enjoy an active, social day while receiving the care and support he or she needs in a vibrant community setting. Our Centers in Austin and Round Rock are the longest-operating, licensed adult day care programs in Central Texas.
