Unsatisfactory. The contractor showed up for "2.5 hours", proceeded to walk around while doing minimal work. He claimed that he "cleaned" the AC for an 1.5 hours, while he was walking around for the most of it. We got charged for the time it took him to get to the office which was an additional $30-40. Will not be calling them back for future work.
