We had a good experience with my daughter's birthday party last year and wanted to schedule another one this year. We booked it but dates weren't working out with us so we wanted to cancel. When I called to reschedule/cancel, we were told that we could use the non-refundable $200 for unlimited playtime and I was happy. I told them that I would call them back with confirmation. But when I called them back, they said their policy has changed and I would lose my money if I don't reschedule. By that time, I had already made other plans for my daughter's birthday and sent invites. The only reason I

Great place to go to when the weather is cold, huge fun maze inside, a small supermarket, a warehouse, a barn with jumping inflatables and a tree with carved out space to sit in and read. Adding a bookshelf with more books would be a great addition! Overall great return for your money

My daughter and I attended Giggles and Fun on December 17th. She was diagnosed with HFM two days later. She does not attend daycare or any type of public schooling, and I'm a stay at home mom, so she couldn't have picked this up from anywhere else. This facility may say they close for "cleaning" for an hour every day, but I highly doubt that. We will never be returning.

Had my son's first birthday here and I loved that all the kids really enjoyed themselves. Only thing I could critique is the really small party rooms.
