While we specialize in helping children with dyslexia and other Learning Disabilities, we welcome any child who isn't experiencing success through regular teaching methods. Tutoring sessions are done in a caring and relaxed environment. We use games and other strategies to keep your child engaged in the lesson and actively involved in the process.
Our goal is to not only teach your child academic skills, but to help them experience success and rekindle their love of learning. Bright Minds Tutoring offers tutoring in Wilmington, NC for all students and all ages in reading and writing. We also offer math tutoring for students in K-8th grade. The company began because of one bright child with dyslexia who was struggling academically, and one parent who was searching for a solution.

She is well trained in research based methods and knows how to deliver material in a way that keeps her students engaged while helping them to reach their potential. She is passionate about her students and is truly dedicated to their success.
After-School Tutoring

We offer after-school tutoring at our office in Wilmington. Parents can drop their child off or stay in our waiting room during the sessions. Our usual after-school sessions run from 3-7pm Monday through Thursday. However, we've had such a high demand we have also started offering sessions Friday afternoon and Saturday.
Summer Camp
Report
We have partnered with Blank Canvas Awareness to create a camp for children with dyslexia. Provide fun opportunities to let your child find new strengths and build their self- esteem. The campers will be having so much fun with STEM projects, crafts, and hands-on activities they won't even know they learned some important tools and strategies.
