My name is David Peters. I'm a producer/engineer/songwriter and the owner of Oak House Recording Studio in Pasadena, CA. The studio is a comfortable, welcoming space set in the oak-lined streets of the Los Angeles foothills. It offers a great-sounding main live room, vocal booth, baby grand piano, Neumann tube microphones, classic outboard gear, as well as analog recording options.
I specialize in working with independent songwriters, bands, and composers. Every day I'm lucky to be able to record and mix a wide variety of projects and genres. Singer/songwriters, bands, jazz artists, chamber/film music, and voiceover artists all call the studio "home". We're connected to a large family of world class session musicians as well.
