We source a wide range of single origin coffees from smallholder cooperatives & family owned estates around the world. These coffees come from distinct geographic areas, and each origin has it's own unique aromas, flavors, and body. Climate, variety of coffee plant being grown, processing style, soil chemistry & geomorphology are all part of the equation in what makes each origin unique; no two origins are the same!
Dark Roasts

LIf you're looking for big, full bodied dark roasted coffees, we have a full range of options for you! Our Medium-Dark coffees tend more towards the medium end of the roast spectrum, but are roasted long enough to subdue acidity and have a distinct, chocolatey roasted flavor. Our Dark coffees are more traditional dark roasts that embrace deeper, bold flavors with accented body and smoky notes.

Coffee is more than just our job. It's our passion. The Fazenda Reserve is a selection of our most coveted finds. These coffees are grown in small lots by dedicated farmers with patience and precision - the hallmarks of truly amazing coffee. In the end, only our most unique and distinctive coffees make it into this program.

Select whether to send a Medium Roast (our Fazenda Blend) or a Dark Roast (our French Roast), and Whole Bean or Ground coffee. We'll send the first order within 1 or 2 days of ordering.
