The Herb House
High quality plants come from high quality growing environments. We harvest the herbs from our organic gardens in the Elk Mountain and Snowy Range area of southern Wyoming. We also wild-craft herbs that prefer to grow untamed in that same pristine high country of the Rocky Mountains. The harsh Wyoming weather makes survival difficult for the plants and this struggle for survival creates superior medicinal plants.

Since we gather the herbs ourselves, we are able to process them immediately after harvest. We offer you numerous fresh plant tinctures full of wonderful vitality. Payment by credit card or check must be received prior to shipment. Due to the sensitive nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

Herb Uses
Report
Read dosage information carefully and follow recommended dosages. More is not always better. Many herbs are more effective when used as a tonic, taken regularly in small doses. Average dose for adults weighing 130 to 150 lbs is 30-60 drops, or 1-2 droppers full. Increase or decrease according to stage and severity of ailment as well as weight and individual sensitivities.
Growing Osha
Report
In 2002 we were engaged in a USDA funded research project with the goal to establish a sustainable source of Osha (Ligusticum porteri) a threatened plant. Our growing Osha efforts were supported by the University of Wyoming departments of Horticulture, Renewable Resources, and Agricutural Economics.
