I was very pleased with my visit to da Vinci foot and ankle. I didn't have an appointment. I walked through the door and the staff insisted they could see me right away. I Had a bad experience where I hurt my toe a couple of weeks before really badly. I had gone to an emergency clinic the day and had the injury. They me for an x-ray at the hospital. Neither the hospital nor the emergency clinic called me back nor returned my call when I had left a message. My toe still hurt and I was concerned about it . The doctor saw me within 15 minutes of my walk through the door. They were professional

The brother and sister duo are fantastic! Their staff are courteous and helpful. Surgery on bunion went well with zero issues. I would recommend them to everyone.

Awful experience at the now defunct Thomson office. More of a sales type atmosphere. Would not return if my foot was hanging off my leg. Nothing was professional and the receptionist was flustered taking a half hour to check me in. The doctor smiled and said we have some lotion you can get. Dr. Ottinger is the real deal.

It was very easy to make an appointment. It took just a few days to get in for a non emergency. Wait time in reception less than 10 minutes. Wait time in a room for Dr. about the same. Reception as well as all the staff was kind and courteous. The doctor and staff showed genuine concern. Doctor was not hurried at all. For the first time in atleast 3 years I can walk pain free!, Thanks so much. I would highly recommend.
