You can provide an email address at the time of your appointment check-in to receive a link to set up your portal. If you have registered for our Patient Portal and need your portal reset, please feel free to contact our IT Department.
Greeting Card

Send your loved ones a free, hand-delivered greeting card during their stay at CRHC. Just type your message, the patient's name and room number and one our nurses will personally print and deliver it to their bedside!. Messages are printed and delivered to patients staying in the hospital. We will not be able to deliver messages to patients coming to the hospital for outpatient procedures or clinic visits.
