These hot sauces are disgusting, essentially pricey vinegar. I picked up two to try and neither is close to edible, there is no flavor except for vinegar & tomato paste. Quality flavor hot sauce is fermented at some point in the process, garbage hot sauce like this is nothing but pepper paste mixed with vinegar.
