I have been going to her periodically throughout the years and I have always had the most pleasant experiences each time. Before I left I felt fully informed on any information that I needed for any product or service that I received. I am shocked at some of these other reviews and I'm sure there is more to those stories than what's being shared. Andrea always provides an excellent customer experience and the entire facility is extremely sanitary. I am a nurse and I have been getting colonics there for years. I am a black woman and I started shopping there because she was highly recommended

Wow. Originally I was excited to patronize this black owned herb shop but I will NOT patronize Jacobs Herb Shop. That owner Andrea is a trip & cannot use a scale--mind you, her scale was moving anytime someone took a step and needed calibration. She also told me because my scale is digital, it's a little different. No, no, no. Digital or not, a measurement is a measurement & I can read very well. Then she had a man, who didn't work there, try to cosign with her; which was very unprofessional.

I've alway thought this store to be over priced. However they carried a few hard to find items so my girl would make an occasional purchase from this establishment. The owner will tell you anything to get you to believe that you need an item in her store. This the worse place to go for honest health advise. A few weeks ago my girlfriend made a purchase that rang up as $64.00. However a few days later when she decided to use the product she discover the price tag on the bottom of the bottle was $42. Dollars $22.00 difference. With recipe in hand we went back to Jacobs Herbal shop so they
