I visited this company's showroom and was impressed with their friendliness. My husband and I were excited to schedule an appointment for a kitchen remodel consultation. This appointment was scheduled out for 3 weeks. Once the 3 weeks came I received a call from Robert to move my appointment time to 4:30 instead of 5:30 due to his personal schedule conflict, I agreed and rearranged my work schedule and my husband did the same. The next day 30mins before our appointment, Robert cancelled on me because as he said "he didn't realize I lived so far?" He apologized and promised to

We were quite happy with the flooring choices that Rob suggested for us and it was installed on time. At the same time we decided to red o a shower and that was done after the flooring was put in and that also went smoothly. We have had Design and Remodel do several jobs for us and are quite pleased with all of the work that has been done.
