The Conifer House community offers Assisted Living apartments in Corvallis, Oregon- home of the Oregon State Beavers. Apartments are available as studios or one bedroom units. Those who need assistance with their activities of daily living consider this service the perfect choice. Whether help is needed bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, support with mobility, taking medications, or something else, we can provide those means here!
Memory Care

Conifer House is a homelike facility that provides memory care for those with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. As you know, memory care goes beyond meal prep and medication management. We know that everyday interactions are what make a difference in the lives of those with memory loss. Our cozy, small community offers individuals an opportunity to connect with peers, as well as health care professionals, with ease.

Conifer House offers many different social and leisure activities through the life enrichment program to help residents continue to be active, social, and involved in the Corvallis community. We strive to have activities that meet a variety of needs and enrich the whole person, including social, physical, spiritual, nutritional, and intellectual.

Conifer House offers scheduled transportation services and provide opportunities for a variety of outings for our residents. We love our group-friendly bus! Although we offer many life enrichment activities within the walls of our Conifer House Community, we also encourage residents to hop aboard The Adventure Mobile!
