This is definitely a local gem. Top tier coffee, baristas and pastry. The coffee they roast is amazing, much better than all you can find in whole foods or other groceries. Plan ahead - sometimes it is packed with people, and you may end up waiting up to half an hour for your order.

Went out of my way to try Redeye and it was worth it. I got a latte and it wasn't bitter at all. A very smooth cup indeed. Four stars because the lid on my cup kept leaking onto me whenever I took sip. :/

This is a great place for gourmet coffee and the staff are wonderful people. This is a very cool place to get coffee. Very intellectual. But be warned. They are very SLOW. I went there during a busy time and there were 15 people in front of me. They serviced each person at about 3 minutes per person. Do the math. A very long wait. The cashier kept leaving her station to do other work so the wait time ballooned. I estimated it would 40+ minutes before I could order. They only have one expresso machine and one barista. A choke point. Also they only have one size laste.. I decided to leave rather

I'm really bummed. I finally visited this adorable coffee shop. I have been driving by every day for two years. The physical space is charming and cozy and you can't beat the view. But, the coffee is absolutely horrible. Like, vending machine horrible. It also tastes a little burnt. Is this a fluke? I am totally surprised by this. I bought two coffees to go and didn't have my first sip until I had driven off. Had I tasted my coffee before I left, I would have asked for my money back. Hoping this was just a bad batch but if this is the norm, I will not be back.
