Awesome bunch of guys!! Doug and Chris is the guy to go see when ordering a home. . We Made down payment in October. Delivered and setup in January. Thanks guys !

The owner Doug Anderson and salesman Kristopher are both crooked liars. The owner even wrote his own 5 star review probably to try and bring his stars back up since he has screwed over so many people. I would suspect some of the other 5 star reviews are fake also. I wouldn't trust either of those people as far as I could throw them.

I would not buy a dog house from this place. If you value honesty and are looking for someone to keep you updated on the process of your home, and delivery and set up of your home, take your business elsewhere. We were lied to from the get go by our sales associate and also the owner. It was lie after lie about when we would get our home delivered and the date kept getting pushed back. We had to initiate all contact with them. We signed papers to close in December and moved into our home April 1. It was a nightmare process made no easier by Monroe County Mobile Homes. The only person I found helpful

We bought a cheaply made home from them. The electric didn't work. The plumbing was poorly installed. He made no real concessions. I would suggest that you AVOID this place like the plague.
