Immigration Counseling Service is Oregon's oldest, and only, independent nonprofit immigration law firm, with offices in Hood River and Portland, and a monthly legal clinic in Central Oregon. Our mission is to strengthen communities and help bring stability to individuals and their families by providing high quality low-cost immigration legal services, outreach, and education to foreign-born residents of Oregon and Southwest Washington.

The need for high-quality, low-cost immigration legal services has never been greater. Since 2016, due to rapid, sometimes overnight changes in U.S. immigration policy, the demand for legal services has exploded, especially for those to seeking protection from violence and death, unaccompanied minors, and those wanting to reunify their families.

Dr. Coll was born in Havana, Cuba and migrated to the United States during the 1980 Mariel Boat Lift. Social Work from the University of Central Florida, and a Ph. Supervision from the University of South Florida. D.J. leads the investor and public relations for Digimarc, an automatic idenfication software company based in Beaverton, Oregon.
