Financial Policies

Please remember to bring your dental insurance card with you on your first visit. We will file all the necessary paperwork to your insurance company, so you can receive the maximum reimbursement possible. You are ultimately responsible for payment of all services. Should your insurance not cover what is predicted, you will be responsible to pay any uncovered portion.
