Response to Beach House Boat Rentals. Firstly, the alarm went off twice and the engine stalled on the 2nd alarm. Next, the boys you sent to tow us out, lifted the anchor and left it on the seat. 3rd- you never mentioned we had to be experienced or take a couse prior to renting or at rental time - and my husband spoke with you on several occasions prior to taking out the boat. If your boat is not like the picture which shows it sparkly nice, you should put a picture of the boat as it sits today on your website...that is misrepresentation.

We are locals and decided to rent a boat for a fun day on the water. We rented the 22 Lexington pontoon boat. The boat however does not look like the pictures at all. The seats were extremely worn and had holes in them. Also the ladder did not work which was rather inconvenient. They also charge for fuel which is stated in the contract but uncommon.

What a fabulous experience from booking online until returning the boat!! We rented a small speedboat for my family of 4 for 8 hours. We packed sandwiches, went swimming at Sandy Island Beach and had ice cream in Georgetown. Cruising the Waccamaw River and Intra-coastal highway was so much fun and beautiful!!! We almost rented the boat the next day, but it wasn't available. It's only been a few days and already planning our next trip back!!

The guy who manages this place or reservations is very unprofessional in every way and does not know how to talk with customers. I will never go back here and definitely not recommend to anyone. You can search other places online and will find better Boat Rentals in the area. We actually find one in North Myrtle Beach.

We rented the 22 center console fishing boat. During the operating instructions overview and I use that term loosely, I was informed that we couldnt go past the Georgetown restaurants. So not into the inlet for fishing. I was told that it was in an email I received stating this restriction. After checking the email the only restriction was not to go into the ocean. Since we had planned the day we went ahead and rented the boat because we could not get a refund. We were also told during the operating instructions that we would be charged $4 per gallon of fuel we used and we could track

We had family visit from out of town and decided to rent a pontoon boat.we are local and rented from their waccamaw River location. We had a party of 10. We ran the boat down to the Georgetown Bridge and stopped at a beach on the ride back for the kids to swim. Just know with 10 people the boats performance is slightly diminished otherwise we had a great time and the boat was very comfortable for all.
