Purchasd a lift chair, decided the next morning after it was delivered I would call and see what their return policy was. Talked with dan, owners son was very nice switched me over to Tom owners other son said sure you can return the chair with a 20 per cent restocking fee of $475.00. Had the chair a few hours. Never was several details on the chair mentioned to me as well as anything about any restocking fee and a floor model chair was delivered to me which was not covered in any paper, plastic or anything. How do I know how many sick people could have sat on that chair and played with the hand

Long story short. Shaw Ott provided a new seat for my mom's wheelchair and said they called Medicare and informed us that Medicare said they would not pay for the replacement seat. I talked to Steve and asked him if he would file a claim for it anyway. He told me no since he had talked to Medicare and was told they wouldn't pay he would not file the claim. So I filed the claim myself for my mom and she got reimbursed over half of the cost of a seat. Shaw Ott used to be a great help when it came to my mom and her wheelchair. But in the last year they have acted like they did not want to service
