We have been with FTS for over a year now and have had nothing but top notch service. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to take on unique challenges. We are almost as far away from their office as one can get inside the continental US, and this has proved to be an absolute non-issue. They even helped me when I was beating my head against a wall trying to get some other equipment installed in our office. I have nothing but praise for FTS and the crew down there!

Have worked with FTS (and Paul at the company) for several years now going back to 2013, and have referred them to several other businesses. First I would like to go on record as never haven't written a review before, but I have to say that our VOIP phone provider (FTS TELECOM) that we so critically rely on is a first class operation with integrity beyond reproach. We have had the pleasure of working with them now for many, many years and it is nice knowing that when you have a question or need help, they will stop at nothing short of a customers immediate and complete satisfaction Very highly recommended!
