When a calf is born it weights 60 to 100 pounds. Over the next few months each calf will live off its mothers milk and graze grass in pasture. After a calf is born it takes typically 18 to 22 months for it to reach maturity now weighing between 1,200 to 1,400 pounds. Through-out the year we do our best to bring your family the most fresh, seasonal ingredients from our farm to your table.
