The inception of the menu came from Arbor tasting some of the most fantastic Grecian wines with Verity Wines. The evening begins with a reception followed by five courses, each thoughtfully paired with an exceptional Patton Valley wine. A Patton Valley winemaker will attend the dinner to discuss the six wines we'll be pouring and will be available to answer any questions.
