The Sauk Valley Community Leadership Program is designed to engage and develop leaders within the communities of Dixon, Rock Falls, and Sterling. The courses offered are the result of a unique collaboration between the Dixon Area Chamber of Commerce, the Rock Falls Chamber of Commerce, the Sauk Valley Area Chamber of Commerce, and Sauk Valley Community College.
