My name is Valarie Wilson. My husband (JR Wilson) and I co-created and co-own Golden Aura. Our stellar piercing team (JR Wilson, Andy Jenson & Matty Apel) provide professional piercing services and fine jewelry. I utilize a combination of shamanic practices, tools, holistic training, and wisdom spanning many cultures and centuries.

Most of my sessions are done in the Golden Aura studio, where I have a private room with a massage table and a desk. We sit across from each other in comfortable chairs, or you may choose to lie down on the massage table. I see and feel energy, this includes the energy of your consciousness, your body, and the experience of you.
Before Your Session

Beginning on the day you sign up for your session, please be mindful to drink extra water. By drinking extra water prior to the session, you are preparing your bodily system to more easily adapt to the healing transformations that will occur. Consider drinking purified or spring water, as these are the absolute best for healing.
After Your Session
Report
Aftercare is important and can greatly aid the natural healing process. Whether you experience sensations during the session itself, reactions to Reiki afterwards can vary greatly from person to person. Some may feel a dramatic shift immediately, and others don't feel anything and only months later will see positive affects.
