Quiet location with beautiful views of the ocean, nice quiet beach. the unit we rent with a nice and clean but does need some updating.

In general not a friendly or relaxing location. Did not have a relaxing time, the office person was not helpful or friendly and residents seemed to not like shorter term rental visitors. Next trip we will go back to Ocean Gallery the office staff and residents were much more friendly.

My family and I have been coming here for over 30 years. Quiet and peaceful with breath taking views and easy access to the beach. Within driving distance to downtown St. Augustine for great restaurants and shopping. This is our go-to spot for a restorative family vacation!

I personally am very disappointed. Here we are in March and the average temperature here is 63F historically and they don't even heat their pool. There are no shuffle board courts so unless you are immobile for whatever reason go somewhere that will have a heated pool and activities. Sure they have tennis courts, but no equipment to use. I flew here, didn't want to pack racquets. Condo was nice, comfortable, but doesn't make up for the distance you have to travel and lack of a heated pool and shuffle board. Back to New Smyrna next year.
