Spagnolo Homes is a Rhode Island based, full-service General Contractor, founded by Bob and Cherine Spagnolo in 1995. Our customer-centric philosophy means we believe that being a good listener is necessary to being a good contractor and satisfying customers needs. We are experienced and skilled at a range of services including new construction, renovations, remodels, and additions.
Bob Spagnolo comes from multiple generations of tradesmen. He started work at a residential construction company during summers in high school until he decided to branch out on his own in 1995. Cherine Spagnolo enjoyed a robust career in corporate America for 25+ years. Since recently retiring, she has repurposed her relationship & project management skills to work with our residential clients.

In all respects, Bob was meticulous in his work, cordial, and respectful of his clients' environment. If I had more projects, Bob would be the one I call without hesitation. This new, 8-unit property has incredible amenities, options to customize finishes and flooring, and is in an amazing location right by the award-winning Warwick Library.
