Gulftex Retrofit Installation Pros LLC is a mobile home foundation contractor serving all of Texas. All inspection and construction work is done by in-house inspectors and retrofit crews. Our inspection compliance certification letters are issued by a consultant who has worked with us for many years and is very timely in all aspects of inspections including drawings and reports.

Our inspectors and retrofit crews provide the inspections and foundations for retrofit tie-downs to the FHA/VA/HUD and the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDCHA) newest standards. For the required mobile home tie-downs, we install 3-foot-deep reinforced concrete piers with galvanized steel aircraft cable.

Inspections of manufactured home foundations are a critical part of the service we offer all over the state Texas. GulfTex employs four full-time mobile home inspectors and one contract inspector, each of whom averages 30 to 50 inspections per week. John Teague is the founding partner of the original GulfTex from 1976.
