I graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California in 2018. For the next two years I practiced at The Source Chiropractic, which was voted Oakland, CA's best chiropractic office 4 years running. I worked side by side with some of the best chiropractors in the profession. I've cared for pregnant mothers and babies, toddlers, children, athletes, grandparents, acute cases, and people with emotional trauma.

When the body is misaligned, tight, and inflexible, tension is put on the joints, connective tissue, and Nervous System. This creates interference within the energetic signals flowing between the brain and body. A central nervous system under tension leads to a stiffened and limited life expression.

At Harmonize Chiropractic we place a high value on the healing power of the chiropractic adjustment. Given at the right place and the right time, the chiropractic adjustment has the ability to reduce pain, improve function, and increase life expression. We work with people of all ages and size and offer a variety of different force applications for the chiropractic adjustment.

You can make your first appointment for the initial exam by calling/texting or booking right online. After booking, you will receive an email with the initial paperwork that is to be completed prior to the first appointment. The paperwork is submitted online. No need for printing. This is a conversation with your chiropractor about what brought you in, the goals you desire, and how chiropractic can help.

At Harmonize Chiropractic, we proudly serve the Charlottesville community as a cash based wellness office. We do not work directly with insurance providers. This allows us the time to cultivate a relationship with you and your family and provide care individually tailored to you, care that isn't dictated by your insurance provider.
