Appointments are preferred but we accept walk-ins on a first-come basis at both Nashville and Murfreesboro locations.

All piercing services require clients to be 18+ with valid ID - no exceptions for any piercing procedures.

I went to Icon to have my wrongly pierced septum removed. I went to Gatlinburg over the weekend to have it pierced and the guy totally pierced it wrong. Icon took great care of me and the removal of my awful septum. Looking forward to it healing so I can go back and have it pierced correctly. The shop was very clean and the staff was super nice. The piercer explained the entire process to me and made a painful experience not so painful. So thankful for this shop.
