Machining
Our machining division utilizes advanced equipment including HAAS CNC lathes and mills, OMAX waterjets, and precision cutting tools to produce complex components with tight tolerances. Capabilities include 2D/3D CAD/CAM programming and high-accuracy metal shaping for industrial applications. Quality assurance is maintained through Keyence CMM and FARO metrology systems.
Welding & Fabrication
ASME Section IX-certified welders perform pipe and plate welding using TIG/MIG processes on materials like steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Our fabrication services include structural assembly, pressure vessel construction, and custom metalwork using positioners with capacities up to 24,000 lbs for demanding industrial projects.
Precision Cutting
We offer advanced cutting solutions featuring OMAX 120X waterjet systems with bevel capabilities, Alltra plasma cutting, and Marvel band saws. This equipment enables precise 2D/3D profiling of metals and specialty materials up to industrial thickness requirements while maintaining dimensional accuracy.
Bending
Our bending capabilities include 500-ton CNC press brakes, tube benders with mandrel support, and hydraulic brake systems. These tools allow precision forming of steel, aluminum, and specialty metals for structural components, piping systems, and custom fabrication projects requiring complex geometries.
Quality Inspection
We maintain quality through Keyence CMM systems and FARO Quantum S inspection arms that verify dimensional accuracy to 0.0005". Our metrology services include first-article inspection, in-process checks, and final quality verification using digital scanning and traditional measurement tools for ASME-compliant validation.
