I have been trying to get a 3 year old GE dishwasher repaired. My initial contact was a month ago. A visit occurred (Dec 14) and a deposit for the part was given to them Also a deposit for a new garbage disposal. A week later the technician came and attempted to fix the dishwasher but not the disposal.. I was told they needed a part for the disposal which is not true. I wanted a new disposal, then I was told they had to wait for a new disposal to come in. I did not give any specs on the disposal, I just wanted a new working one. At this point I cancelled the disposal ( I had another person install

Fridge went out, we lost all of our food. Awful experience. So the next step is to call for service. Was NOT looking forward to that. D.R. Appliance surprised me a lot. LG covered repair cost under warranty, and that was terrific, but our experience with D.R. Appliance was just as terrific. Great communication, on time service call, and they did the job perfectly. I hope I never need to call for repair service again, but if I do we're calling these good people again!

We had a noisy refrigerator that just hummed loudly. Eric quickly solved the problem and replaced the compressor under warranty. Works great and is super quiet. Highly recommend Eric and D. R Appliance

Worst experience of my life. They come to repair my washing machine and after the visit it is found that I must change a part, after several days (approximately 3 days) they come with the part and when they install it they realize that even so the washing machine does not work, which they tell me that Possibly it will be another piece more and thus the cost of the repair will increase, seeing that the cost of the supposed repair is increasing to the amount of between 500-600 dollars, I said that I did not want your service anymore and at that point not only did I they want to charge the service

My 3 year-old microwave stopped working unexpectedly and I called D.R. Appliances. I had a great conversation with the service rep about what's likely wrong with it and the cost of potential repairs. The service rep recommended replacing the microwave with a new one instead of them servicing it. I LOVE it when a business has as much integrity as this one does. They really care about being fair and giving value to their customers. I'll be sure to use them in the future for other appliance repairs.
