Currently the New York State Court System is essentially closed, except for emergency applications. We expect the implementation of remote (via Zoom, Skype, etc.) appearances in the near future. As of now, all appearances in court, depositions, arbitrations/mediations are being rescheduled. We hope to conduct these proceedings via remote access shortly.
