Great pediatricians. Moved here after my sick kid couldn't be seen at pres because "they didn't have an appointment for 2 months." We see Kim Hart. She is excellent.

I transferred to these guys after a bumpy road with UNMH. I was pleased at their genuine interest to see my baby, not feeling rushed, and the time they took to give explanations. Plus their app is super handy for my random freaked out questions. Wish I would've gone to them first

The reason we came here was because of Dr Tran. I absolutely love her! But the front desk is horrible! You call and you can't get ahold of anyone. They then tell you to use their app. Well, it takes forever for them to respond. They could at least acknowledge you and let you know that they have seen your message but are running late on appointments would be nice. The only reason I deal with it is because I absolutely love his doctor. I followed her from her last office to this one. She is patient, understanding, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to answer every question you could have.

I must agree with other reviewers about the front desk staff. I called to get my daughter appointment for her pink eye, which made her eye glued in the morning, it doesnt take that long to prescribe eye drops, the lady on the phone said we are booked in a very cold manner. What happened to the words unfortunately? Im sorry we cant see you today? Im changing provider, they never have time for emergency visits, or they are closed. Its getting ridiculous.
