I work with this property and anytime Ben reaches in the job is outlined 100% as expected. Always helping our techs and making sure their residents are well taken care of. If I lived in an apartment complex I would choose this one because I know maintenance would be top notch!

The maintenance manager Ben is awesome. Any time we've had to submit a maintenance request he has been quick to respond. I also appreciate how well he communicates and comes by to update us if there is a delay because a part or replacement is on order. Kudos to Ben and the maintenance team!

Love this complex. I have been a resident here for over a year now and have nothing but great things to say. Anytime I need something done the head of maintenance Ben is quick to take care of it. Love living stress free.

Awesome maintenance team with a focus on customer service. A recent after hour service call was answered within 15 minutes on a Friday night. We have known Ben the longest and always find him to be pleasant and helpful.

I lived at Sonoran Vista in a townhouse for 2 years. This office team, specifically the Office Manager and Assistant Office manager are two of the most difficult and unprofessional people I have ever delt with. Our issues started with these employees when the unit AC broke in July 2020. They avoided my calls and emails. Finally trying to tell me Arizona heat in the summer was a "livable" condition. They do not return calls, or emails. Regardless of how important your issue is. They repaired the AC 4 days later and did not even call me to tell me it had been fixed (so I could return home). Upon

Ive been living in this community for years, and have no complaints. Everything is well maintained, and if something goes wrong or breaks it gets addressed quickly. The whole maintenance team is friendly, and everyone will always take the time to speak to you. Beyond that, I know I can always count on my good friend Dan to answer a question or help me fix something if there is a immediate need or emergency. All in all, Ill be living here for as long as I can.

Overall complex is gorgeous and is in a great location. The maintenance team is very responsive and cares to help solve problems. I made a complaint out of frustration and Ben was at my unit within 10 minutes no kidding. Instantly diagnosed my issue and went out of his way to find a proper solution in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you Ben and the other maintenance staff members. You all do a great job around the complex!
