What age groups are suitable for escape rooms?
Our rooms accommodate all ages. We recommend adult supervision for children 13 and under, but have successfully hosted groups as young as 9 years old.
How many players are required per room?
Each room requires 4-6 players. Groups smaller than the minimum must still pay for the required number of participants to ensure optimal experience quality.
Are the rooms physically locked?
No rooms are locked. Participants can exit at any time, though the 60-minute timer continues running throughout the experience to maintain challenge integrity.
Can we bring food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages aren't permitted due to local ordinances. However, nearby restaurants and pubs offer post-game celebration options for successful teams.
What happens if we arrive late?
Late arrivals start 10 minutes after scheduled time. Teams not present within 20 minutes risk cancellation. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for briefing sessions.
Are reservations required?
Yes, advance booking is required through our website. Limited schedule adjustments may be possible via direct contact with our staff for special requests.

Out group had little to no experience with an escape room, so our guide Austin was extremely helpful. We did the Madam Zelda Psychic Parlor room, which had some good brain teasers. Our group is already talking about which game we should do next! Very friendly and fun place!

I absolutely love this this place! Very welcoming environment! Austin was a fabulous game master and it really felt like he was rooting for us! So accommodating and just wonderful. Will be coming back! Great date night activity!

Great way to spend a family evening doing something fun! The room we did was not too easy, but not so hard that it frustrated those of us new to the escape room experience. We will definitely be going back to Puzzled Escape Rooms!

I really enjoyed this, my first escape room experience. The puzzles were engaging and challenging, and the room was a nice size for four people to be working in. The staffer was really pleasant and friendly, and the hints appeared with supernatural speed to provide just the right nudge to get us going again. The decor and storyline were entertaining and the room is obviously carefully checked after every visit so you feel like the first person to walk through the door. Really good collaborative fun.

My wife and I had a great time playing Murphy's Law Office! Fun and interesting puzzles with lots of options for working both separately and together. But be warned, it's a tough one! Out of over 40 escape rooms, we've only been unsuccessful escaping 3, including Murphy's, so definitely come ready for a challenge, and bring lots of friends! Whether you escape or not, you will have fun :)
