I had a faulty Samsung panel in my 75" brand new TV (something extraordinarily common lately - buyer beware!) that was purchased from Best Buy but had a warranty program from Best Buy that funneled the service to Lowell Electronics. Their customer service was fantastic, prompt, courteous and exceptionally honest. A complete 180 from dealing with Samsung customer service direct. Highly recommend for service and also check them out if you're looking for TV's as well.

Dan and Ben mounted our 55 TV on our brick faced fireplace. They did a great job and were meticulous in making sure no wires were visible. I will be using Lowell Electronics for future jobs. I highly recommend them if you need work done.
