Chimney Sweep
Our comprehensive chimney sweeping includes a 21-point inspection to identify structural issues and soot buildup. Technicians perform top-to-bottom cleaning using high-powered vacuums while checking for water damage and faulty flashing. Regular maintenance prevents fire hazards and maintains optimal heating efficiency for wood-burning and oil chimneys.
Fireplace Installation
We install gas, wood, and pellet fireplace systems with proper venting and safety clearances. Our technicians ensure code compliance for new installations and replacement units. Services include selecting appropriate chimney caps and integrating heating solutions with existing home structures for maximum energy efficiency.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Professional dryer vent cleaning removes lint buildup that creates fire hazards and reduces appliance efficiency. Our technicians inspect exhaust systems for blockages and install protective covers to prevent outdoor debris intrusion. Regular maintenance extends dryer lifespan and lowers energy costs through improved airflow.
Chimney Repair
We address structural chimney issues including cracked flue tiles, damaged mortar joints, and water intrusion points. Repairs use stainless steel liners and waterproof sealants to restore function and prevent future deterioration. Our tuck-pointing services restore brick integrity while maintaining proper ventilation pathways.
Fireplace Repair
Our repair services address gas, wood, and pellet fireplace issues including ignition problems and heat output inefficiencies. I called Justin for a second opinion (which he didn't charge). He confirmed we needed a chimney liner. He was able to get to it in less than a week, did a great job, and cleaned up. He changed the dryer vent at no extra charge. He's very knowledgeable and explained everything all the work he did. He has quality products with good warranties. I highly recommend him for chimney work

To say that Justin goes above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe his work ethic and transparency. We had him in to service a wood stove we hadn't used since purchasing our home. Justin came in and through some inspection and research found out it was installed improperly without safe clearances and using it would put us in danger. He also checked our other chimney, found some concerns and gave us information on how to fix it. He was thorough and fun to be around. He also let our dog be his assistant and gave her lots of attention, which always wins points in my book. We give him five stars

Justin did a great job with the installation, framing and finishing of an Archgard gas fireplace in a corner with multiple compound angles. The job entailed modifying existing brick and taking down an old chimney. The new stonework is excellent, we are extremely pleased. I trusted Justin with access to my property while we were away and that says a great deal about his integrity since I trust few people. I highly recommend Ablaze Technologies.
